Georgia
Head of Marketing & Operations
Georgia brings deep experience in scaling early-stage companies, with a background that blends operations, marketing, and emerging tech. Before joining BlueNest, she was Director of Operations for a biotech startup focused on cellular wellness, where she built out internal systems and supported growth initiatives. Prior to that, she spent four years as Head of Marketing at a blockchain-focused venture studio, leading brand strategy and product launches across multiple Web3 startups.
Yashar
Founder & CEO - Head of Product
BlueNest was founded by Yashar, who pivoted from his medical doctorate to join Evo Payments during its growth to a major Nasdaq IPO; where mentor Ray Sidhom inspired his passion for transformative technology. Later, as a licensed real estate agent and investor, Yashar identified the critical blind spot in property valuations. BlueNest is the result: a platform that combines real estate expertise with AI to finally capture the nuanced factors that determine a property’s true value.
Chris
Co-Founder & CTO / CMO
Chris co-founded BlueNest and directs platform architecture, AI strategy, and engineering execution. He brings 15+ years of experience building scalable systems, data pipelines, and AI-powered products across startup and enterprise settings. Chris is a hands-on leader—writing code, shaping system design, and mentoring engineers—while working with Yashar to translate customer needs into a focused technical roadmap and measurable business outcomes.
